This is great, lets plan a shroomery trip

Wow, its great to see so many people here are into backpacking and camping!!!! This is great, We should organize a shroomery expedition!!!

Ive been in "the bush" my whole life. I'm only 21, but I'm still old school, lol. Don't get me wrong, I have all the hardcore lightweight stuff and use it all the time but I like just going out with a tarp, an axe, a tea pot, a sleeping back and a gun a lot of the time.

I had some great winter trips last year. One was 3 day hike to a cabin up a valley called shushwap creek. There is a horse trail. By the time we reached the cabin it was three and a half feet of snow!! We had to dig out the door. One of the coldest trips Ive been on. We had to sleep twice in the snow on the way up. We brought a two tarps and made "lean 2's". I have some really nice designs for them. Anyways, coldest trip ever!! One night it got down to -35c, not even kidding. Up at the cabin, my friends were pissing in cups and dumping them outside cuz they didn't want to go outside to the bathroom lol. Morons!!!

Anyways, its great to see lots of shroomerites going hardcore!! I recommend a book called "northern bush-craft", if you want to learn the finer skills of surviving in the northern burial forests. Very good book if your planning a trip up here in BC. I'm so glad they made this forum!!

Anyways I think we should plan something. A shroomery 7 day hike or something, that would be great.

Next spring I'm going to be on the road for like two months with Spun, We're going to be doing a lot of hiking through the upper washington rainforests around the olympic region.

I think this is a great idea!

We can read each other inspiring passages and quotes around a fire.
Not to mention hit some rugged terrain. We could even break out some climbing gear and climb a face or two.
