Your supposed to just bring a pot of water to a full boil then throw a cap and a couple tea bags in, wait 3 min then have tea.

Yeah save the juice thats the part you want!!! Concentrate into shots.
I've always wondered what it would be like to deep fry stuff in that oil, it comes out such a golden colour.

For what its worth the easyiest I've had of downing them was air dried and broken up into small pieces.

i eat some of the stem fresh, and scrape the top with a knife untill it bears down to the white. then you have a pile of redish-goo, chew that up like gum and then eat the stem like food. fresh is best.
