 Contams after only 2.5 days???

I knocked my shit up 2 and a half days ago and I'm seeing mycelium for the first time! Some cool shit man.. only problem is is that half of my jars appear to be contaminated... I'm seeing little black specks where the myc is appearing, lined up with the holes in the lids. (where I knocked em up) Is it possible for them to be fucked at such any early date... Is so does the future look as dim as I'm thinking it does for the other jars? I'm pretty sure that the ones that aren't showing black got knocked up after the others cause water got into the jars during PCing and I thought they might be too wet to stand a chance, first timer though so I don't really know, maybe there better off that way.... anyways what do you all think? I'd like to put some pics up but I have no camera, I'll see what I can do about that... What should I expect to see will the black spots get bigger?
And should I take them out of the IC now or wait to make sure their done for first? (wait a few days longer)
I'm going to look at some contam pics now, sorry I posted this in a hurry cause I just looked at em for the first time.....

I'm assuming PF jars... wet verm is good way to get contam. If it's just black specks, I'd just watch it for a day. Contam grow much much faster than myc in general. If you see any sign of fuzzing(i.e. black mold), take them outside for thorough cleaning. If no change in the spocks, I'd just keep looking for other telltail signs of contam like smell and discoloration(other than specs).

I read wet jars meant more chance for contam too, except the ones that are more wet are the ones that don't have black specks.. that's whats got me confused I dunno I'll keep watching....

Wet substrate under verm layer are pretty much in it's own world. Contamination in PF jars during incubation are most likely from poor sterilization, wet verm layer(nut wicks up the wet layer), nutrient contaminated verm layer, dirty needle or contaminated spore syringe. Could be from any one of those. I remember back 2 years ago, few syringes were returned to the spore vendors due to contamination. I'm not sure if it's happening at all now.

Well i PCed at 10psi for 1hr 45, wrapped the needle in a alcohol soaked gauze pad after opening, flamed it on burning alcohol between each knock up and used hand sanitizer between each knock up the needle was either in the gauze, the flame or the jar.... and I'm pretty sure it wasn't contaminated but it could have been... any ideas on what I could have done wrong? Like I said the ones that are dry are the ones with the would-be-contam the wet ones aren't really super wet, maybe on spot in each jar that looks a lil oozy on the side, nothing as bad as some of the pics I've seen of wet jars...

oops i forgot, I put the syringe cover back on after wiping needle and I have 2 or 3 cc in there is it still ok to use that shit? I've got 4 more jars left that i could knock up

First of all, it's 'inoculate', not knocked up. Second, you can't use a syringe to inoculate manure, if that's what you meant by 'shit', nor should manure be sterilized in a pressure cooker. Read up on the pf tek, or if you want to skip that, read up on grains and/or agar inoculation.
