(to be more correct; Ythan modified the ban-lottery script to pick a mod from a list)

Seuss added Diploid because he always intended to add Diploid to P&S, but the timing was a bit bad because some might think we don't care about this thread.

Fireworks_god and kaiowas are a direct result of this thread! Thank you all for the input!
