ratio of rye spawn and hpoo/straw

Ok i'm going to inaculate a 3 pound bag of rye grain with 3cc's of spore and let the mycelium develope completely, then crumble it and mix it with a 50/50 hpoo/straw and then let it re-colonize fully... so how much of the hpoo/straw should i mix with the 3lb rye bag of colonized mycelium?

so it's 4 times as much substrate to the amount of spawn? and would i be ok casing it with just a layer of verm?
