Thanks for helping me from having bad trips

Before going on a recent 5 gram voyage I searched this site for advice on avoiding bad trips. I copied the text of the best advice and compiled a list of how to avoid a bad trip. I did this because the only other time I did 5 g, I had a bad trip.

In fact soon after this most recent trip began, my mind played a trick on and said "you are going to have a bad trip". Dam I was scared, but then I remembered the advice:

- Be the observer -
- Take the good with the bad -
- Breath -
- Move -
- Do something different -
- Read trip reports so you know what to expect -

These things all worked. I feel I will never have a bad trip again, it was great being the observer. I spend most of the trip in the fetal position.

It was a great mystical and enlightening experience.

Thanks for all the advice.
