since I went to a few different spots today and only found 1 foe(that's right not one subb just one foe)
I figured I post some pics of some hopeful spots, I have lots more hay areas and one other grass spot(well there's another but it's a business[of the yardwaste variety], so I don't tresspass.)
Here's the single foe that was in my main(most successful spot so far) subb territory.
I also found these nearby, no idea what it is, maybe agaricus?

hay bails  I've found some big subbs growing from hay.
  
and here's a spot where people dump thier grass cuttings. The owners confronted me today, but without hesitation I stated I was hunting for shaggy manes(first edible that popped in my head) an edible mushroom, and they said ok. I haven't found subbs at the two spots I've located in my area, but I've seen subbstantial finds by a mod here(angryshroom) at a yardwaste spot.
What's this!

Will head to a few more grassy spots later, and head off into the woods to hunt for edibles too.
