Corn On The Cob
    #5968849 - 08/16/06 07:25 AM (5 years, 9 months ago)

Just had one for lunch. Got to be one of the easiest, cheapest, tastiest foods available. I just boil mine for 5/10 mins (not too long and never with salt, both dry it out) then rub it down with salt/pepper and eat. DEE-FUCKING-LICIOUS. I personally dont like it with butter but I know some people go mental about it.

We got those sweetcorn/vegetable stands popping up all over right now and there's always some hot little hussy doin the selling.

I like my sweetcorn lathered in butter with salt and cheyenne pepper.

Not only tastes good but looks good on the plate. All bright yellow with the red peppering.

Damn, last weekend I had some incredible corn on the cob from this Mexican lady selling it on the street.
She was grilling it, and then dipped it in melted butter, cayenne pepper and some sort of dry white crumbly cheese that tasted like parmesan.
It was so good!

Try this!  My mom's corn is the best

  • Boil yer corn or rrrroast it on the grill.
  • When it's done, immediately slather it in butter so the corn almost drips.
  • For each ear of corn you have, cut a 1/2 lime and sqeeze the juice all over the corn.
  • Sprinkle with ancho chili powder and devour.

Offers a few different flavors and the lime adds a little kick to your palette.
