I plan on going for a four foot psychedelic mushroom over the course of august does anyone know the largest recorded mushroom?

how do you 'plan' on making the mushroom grow 4 feet???? if you could plan that wouldnt everyone?

GreenScreen usally ill get one or two mushrooms twice the size of the substrate so with 24inch mycelium it should work
and whats the largest psychedelic mushroom?

the largest indoor grown Cubensis was a 23" to 24" Orissa India...
grown by mjshoomer(mushroom john)...aka John Allen.
as far as I know!~
I have grown several 21" to 22" Orissa India's...with dinner plate size caps!~
If you want super large fruits I'd suggest using the Orissa India strain...
and either use horse poo, elephant poo or some really good compost for a bulk substrate.
And use a substrate depth of 4" to 6".
I'd also use no casing layer...fruit dirrectly off the bulk substrate...
I've always gotten larger fruits this way!~
Indoor growing rather than outdoor...outdoor grown fruits tend to be short and stubby!~

how is that nearly enough? a 4 to 6 inch depth could produce at best 1 or 2 footers but i don't think quite 4
