These are 13 Acadian Coast Cakes.
They really turned out nice....the pictures and the cakes.

Well I've decided to be different, and not beg for a print..........Instead I just wanna know how you did it......What were your methods man??!?!? cake constituents?, obviously perlite humidified, what about temp and air exchange??
