Just recieved my strain A from SporeWorks (thank you SW)
And was just wondernig if i can use cubenis tek's to grow them out
tek's like birdseed/verm+brf/etc etc etc, you think they'll work out ok?
think the yeild/potency will be good?
People seem to reply quicker on this board so i thot id give it a shot.
Thanks in advance for any help.

dont use vermiculite in your substrate for sclerotia-formation...the truffles grow around the verm. or perlite and are hard to seperate...we use a mix of 2/3 of plain white rice (boiled for 5 mins.) and 1/3 rye-grasseed...this mix is filled in jars or filterbags and autoclaved for 2 hours at 15 psi.
we inoculate from liquid-culture and the colonisation is very rapid...sclerotia start to form after 2 weeks or so...
anyway leave perlite and vermiculite away...also BRF alone wouldnt work...
