If the castings are in a brand new filter patch bags and sealed before past. then it sounds like a good deal. Where are these(company?Home made?) castings coming from and what is your process?

The castings themselves come from a farm in Vermont, and yes, they are placed in filter patch bags, the moisture is adjusted to the proper balance and they are sealed, then wet pasteurized for 1.5 hours at 165F.
We also offer the castings in jars, which are pasteurized in the same way.
We will soon have a small vermiculture operation running, where we will be doing experiments pertaining to creating the best castings for mushroom growth. We'll be sure to keep everyone posted on that as well.
