 psilocin / psilocybin ?

hey, wasn't quiet sure if this should go in the science forum or this, thought it was a little more mushroom related though....
What I'm wondering is what is the chemical difference between Psilocin and Psilocybin? Its my understanding that psilocybin breaks down into psilocin, which is much more fragile and turns blue. also that the brain sucks up the psilocin, and whatever psilocybin you ingest is first converted to psilocin? also wondering how they are structurally different exactly? Are both psilocin and psilocybin considered 4-ho-dmt? (also read somewhere that, the 4-ho is either knocked of or doesn't do anything in the mind, so aside from being orally ingestible without a MAOI, 4-ho-dmt is pretty much identical to dmt....any truth in that?)

psilocin: C12 H16 N2 O
psilocybin: C12 H17 N2 O4 P
psilocybin is converted into the active compound psilocin in the body by dephosphorylation (note in the molecular formula how the psilocybin loses it's phosphates when ingested)
