 Bad Experince

I had my first shroom experince last saturday in my basement. I was with my friend john n we had a eigth of some dry (mostly the stems acouple little cubez) We each took half of the eight probably around 1.8 or something.... I dint feel anythin untill about a half hour later. I was laying down watchin finding nemo (i heard the colors in that movie were good for tripping) and my vision was starting to shake and colors got brighter. Then we decided to take a walk and i got outside and it was fuckin HOTTT (like 95), i walked to a elementary school near my house and as i was walking everything around me was moving, swaying bak and forth, it felt liek the ground was moving nothing was staying still it felt very werid, then my stomach really started hurting and from then on i felt nausiated and i hated it. I felt like i had to throw up for hourz. I just wanted to come down and feel better. I wasnt really tripping much after i starded feeling sick just alittle dizzy and tired. After about 1 n half hourz my stomach settled down. Does ANYONE know why this happened??? Bad batch of shroomz?? By the way i ate them straight up with no other food and washed them down with orange juice n then milk... and suggestionz on next time??

Maybe cut out the dairy and not go out if it's so hot. Smoking some pot always makes my nausea go away if you do get sick again.

Shrooms make my throw up just about every time i take them... they just react that way to some people... just keep them down for about an hour and then throw them up if you want and you should feel better for the rest of the trip but a bad batch could make you really really sick not just nauseous.

i dont know if milk is a good idea. Generally the effects do take about a half hour to come up. Dont eat anything for a long time before the trip. Maybe the orange juice made you sick. I remember drinking a lot of Sunny D and that made me naucious. It's common to feel naucious on shrooms. Search it, there are methods like putting the powder in tea which supposedly help.

i've never even felt naseaus from shrooms...i also take 25 mg diphenhydramine with every trip and always have.
i've always taken shrooms in the morning (my stomach is totally empty).
i have felt kinda a nervous stomach feeling when comming on to mushrooms but it's really more like little rushes of energy (probably the 4-HO-DMT crossing the blood-brain barrier).
diphenhydramine, though. it has great anti-vertigo effects and since shrooms can make people dizzy, it helps alot with that. i think the diphenhydramine is probably the main reason i never feel sick from mushrooms.

make tea. Eating shrooms strait up always makes me feel a bit qweezy. You dont have to turn it into a 'powder' like all the recipes say to. Simply cut up your hydroponic shrooms(hopefully not field), place in a coffee filter, tie up filter so shrooms stay in, and boil for 10 min on low heat. add tea bag + sugar + lemon. Excellent way to make tea and doesnt make you feel sick to the stomach.

I too have never been nautious from shrooms, but the only time I do dramamine is for trippin.

Should of either
a: smoked weed (it helps)
b: just threw up
Mushrooms often make me feel sick, and once they have kicked in (especially after an hour or so) simply throwing up will make you feel better and enjoy your trip more in the long run.
