 marketplace? where is it?

whats up.
I keep reading references to the marketplace forum sounds like a really cool idea. cause spores are infinetly plentiful if you have a batch but so expensive elsewhere. trading definetly sounds like a cool way to go. *But i cant find the marketplace for the life of me. Can someone help me out, tell me how to find it/ browse it.

you have to be registered for a certain amount of time and reach a certain amount of posts.

how long do i have to wait and how many posts do i have to make. Sounds like a pretty lame requirement, considering i might not have anything to say, thus id be obligated to just post stupid shit.
Is this written in the forum rules, or how do i find out about the specifics?
