Swim agrees with you silversoul. He smoked pot everyday for 30+ years and it became the norm. Finally quit smoking last fall to break the chain habit. Now saves it for weekends. It is amazing how much higher one can get. He used to be able to smoke just about anything and any amount and be able to handle it. Now one or two tokes and swim is on the moon. Sometimes he gets so high he gets paranoid, which take a lot of the fun out of it. Much less appealing in that respect than it used to be. Problem with that is swim loves the taste and ritual around smoking. He hopefully has found a good balance. Good news is chronic smokers cough and susceptibility to respiratory problems has vanished.

I agree, I try to do the same thing. not smoke "every" day, but I always end up smoking it all and being burnded out the hole week. somtimes its good when im out, because when I get to smoke I go sky high. its kinda a self control without self control.lol.

Usually start my day with a bowl with my coffee. Helps get the housework started.
Then a bowl or 2 to start my afternoon.
After dinner, my Lady, my dog and I usually share a doob, and then there's the nighty-nite weed.
Being retired, and having a medicinal card ( Yeah, Calif.!!), life is very relaxing!!
