 Taking shrooms today, nervous right now...

what's up guys, i just got 2.3 grams of boomerz and i'm about to go take them with two of my friends in about an hour or so. Ive taken shrooms twice, first time 2.0 grams, and the second time 2.5 grams. The second time when i took the 2.5 grams i was on a lot of caffeine and had a rough come up, now i am nervous that it will happen again, and i do not want it to, how do i calm myself down? i don't want to flip a shit after i eat the shrooms and realize im stuck like this no matter what for 6 hours, please shed some advice, i'd greatly appreciate it

Put on some chill music. Light some incense...Lay down...relax. Think of everything good about tripping. Then go for a walk. Smoke a little pot if you got some.
And change your thought process from the one of scared negativity to excited positivity.

2.3 grams is not a lot.
If you are worried about having a bad come up like the last time... umm.. don't consume a bunch of caffeine beforehand. In fact... try to do it on an empty stomach. If you must.. eat light foods the hours before your trip.
And umm.. to calm yourself down... breath. Like focus on your breathing.. deep, slow, steady.

Dude DO NOT drink bear or smoke pot BEFORE you flip.
But if things go dodgy when you trip you can always drink a can of lager and that will neutrilise psilocibin!
If the trip goes well smoke some pot after you peak.

You could eat a small bit of xanax or another kind of downer, but only a tiny bit.
I always get really nervous about eating shrooms too. My mouth gets tingly and waters and my tummy does loops. I have had the best mushroom trips when I take a .25mg dose of xanax beforehand. It seems to take the tension effects away without ruining my trip.

Take 3 grams of Syrian rue.
2.3? No. Try at least 5 grams.
You'll be really nervous and freaked out, but at least it will be temporary. Consider it a "release," go ahead and let loose, freak out, shit your pants, throw up everywhere... and in 20 mins, you'll be elsewhere; completely devoid of anxiety, nervousness, etc... I assure you.

Ill actually be tripping with shopatdmart today, we are friends. Its going to be great, we just woke up and showered, its a modestly sunny day outside, and we will be in a very trippy park type place with lots of statues and fountains.
I was wondering, if Im on probation, and a police officer walks up, notices slightly weird behavior, and giant pupils, but finds nothing in a search, can he do anything? What about if your 17, as one of our other friends is this age. BTW our state is MI

back when I was in college i'd rarely eat anything but an entire 1/8. that's where i started picking up cigs.. to deal with the anxiety. with acid.. i usually drank just a little bit to calm myself down. either beer or some coctail with a nice aroma.
