They make a pretty good hot cereal.. Just use about a cup of simmered rye berries, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup light cream, 1/3 cup milk.
Stir and enjoy!

To be honest I dont know what rye berries are.If they are the same as rye grain,then yes you can make bread with it.Just grind,add baking yeast with a certain temp of water.Also add anytyhing you want to make it better.IE-salt butter sugar ect.
