 So there was this suitcase on the side of the road

It was being thrown out with garbage, inside is an old but perfectly working accordion! I don't really know anything about these instruments, but I'm pretty sure this thing is worth some money. anyone know how to play this crazy contraption?

What size is it? As in, how many buttons?
Do you play any other instruments? You basically put the shoulder straps on, unlock the bellows, and play chords with the buttons on your left and melodies with the keyboard on your right.
