As I have said many times in the past, Im a firm believer in evolution.
Not just physical evolution, but also spiritual evolution as well.
I also believe in reincarnation, and I have had this feeling of having lived this life before for quite some time now.
I believe that our souls are given lives that will challenge the weakest aspect of your soul. Each incarnation is a test of the part of you that needs the most work.
If you are able to see your flaws and correct them....then your soul evolves into a more perfect form.
If you arent able to correct your ways, and fail your tests and never learn, then your next life......IMO......could very easily be the same life, all over again.
If your are trying to evolve your soul, and this is the life you need to experience, in order to continue your evolution.....then it could easily be possible to do the whole thing over untill you get it right. Only then will you be able to move on to the next spititual challenge......in your next incarnation.
This is one of the reasons for the saying "When you die, you wake of as if from a dream".....You become aware of your true goals.
Only when you have reached a perfect spiritual state will you be allowed eternal peace (heaven).
Even then you will have the opprotunity to incarnate into a physical form.....if you wish it.

I've had this feeling while tripping lots and lots of times. At the peak i would think, "oh wait, why am i wasting my life doing this, when i came here to do this?" Tripping tends to keep me on track in that sense, keep me focused on my purpose.

you're right. I've been meaning to write a piece on the evolutionary process of souls, but it will take some deep study and meditation to get it right.
Hopefully, when I'm finished with the idea in my head, I will be able to shed some light on the subject for you guys.
