 Cobweb or thin mycelium? first possible contam ever

ok so I started colonizing some horse poo 1 week ago, so I opened my monotub to see if it was close to being fully colonized (which its defintely not, i think the syringe I had is just a slooow colonizer, took the 1/2 pints close to a month, and then they didn't even finish, so i cut off the bad parts) and I was hoping to see nice a colonized poo, but Instead I found this:
Now, I think this is cobweb, and i'm pretty sure it doesn't look like the mycelium its growing right next to, but i thought I'd get a second opinion because i've never had a contam before. Whats odd to me about it is, that it looks sort of strand-like, and it seems to be moving outwards in a ring kind of shape, almost like i've seen with mycelium.
Anyways, assuming this is cobweb, proper procedure is to spray it with 100% (not anymore diluted than the bottle already is) H2O2, that is labeled on the bottle as hydrogen peroxide 3% yes? How much should I spray, and should I try to hit up most of the surface, or only on the parts that look real bad? thanks everyone.

cobweb.
I do 50% solution or so.
sometimes 75% peroxide to 25% distilled water.
"the cobweb killing machine" bottlle.
ha ha.

ok, so I just misted down the surface of my monotub (there appeared to be a bit of the molded lightly covering other areas besides that main patch) with about with around 70% H2O2 30% water. When Should I check back up on my tub, and what should I look for to see that has worked, or is working properly?

tomorrow.
should have bubbled up killing the mold.
check daily now and don't let it spread.
you should be fine. Peroxide is very effective for me.

i have cobweb also, but it apeared while pinning
peroxide misting??? yes or no?
i am a first timer
if i let it be, is it harmfull?
