I found a small weilii last week wasn't worth braging about so here are two I found today that are. I didn't find any until july last year all this rain is doing us some good, but I'm not going to eat any this year just hunt. Found in Cobb County

Those might be *your* first weilii finds this year, but phishhead beat you to the "official" first weilii find on the boards

i saw some of those today. it has been rainey the past few days and today it was sunny and nice out. im in upstate south carolina, near georgia.

daredevil if u really saw those, pick them get a lot of pics, spore prints etc... very detailed description
allthough i think you found a lookalike, if u are indeed correct that would be changing the territory of the weilli.

It'll be a while before the cubes come out. I checked the McEachern field recently and found many Psilocybe coprophila.
I will go and check my Cobb Co patches tomorrow.

Is it just me or are weilii one ugly looking mushroom? I must say congratulations on your find though. This is some of the better looking specimens that I have seen come across these boards.

props on the finds batman but baycafe i totally disagree on weiliis being ugly shroom their fucking beautiful especially how they are different in different locations surrondings. thats my opionion though
