New to Gourmet & Medicinal Mushrooms

Hi.

I've grown cubensis mushrooms before...

I'm looking for information on how to get started cultivating gourmet & medicinal mushrooms. I would prefer to grow indoors and use something like cakes/rye grain as a substrate. Any help I could get from this community far as getting started would be greatly appreciated.

info/materials such as mediums to start with(mycellium), best way to grow indoors

I've found "grow kits" online but I rather speak w/ shroomery ppls

Anyone out there?
