It's a very good idea to start a vitamin regimen, everybody should do that but especially if you've had some previous wear-and-tear like you had.

As for a vitamin preparation I can be brief: You need a multi whicxh contains EVERYTHING and that with high doses of antioxidants.

To make it easy on you, you would do well with  this one, twice daily.

Mine is stronger (and lots more expensive) but if you're not a vitamin nut then this one has an excellent composition/price ratio.

28 bucks for 120 days of two of these a day is not at all too much to spend on one's health, especially considering the fact that 80% of people have multiple deficiencies.

In addition to this I recommend you (and anyone) to take a 1gr vitamin C tablet along with each of the multivits (1+1 x2)

There's no "quick fix" regimen, just engage in a heavy multivitamin regimen and eat wholesomely and your body will replenish and heal itself.

Good food and greens are important though, its best to eat a pound of vegetable matter a day, even an apple, an orange and a banana will supply that.

I feel everyone should be on a strong multivitamin regimen. There is strong evidence that you'll be a bit healthier throughout your life and that parts of the aging process will be slowed.

There are outrageous claims that you will become a God or that it is no good at all. The truth lies somewhere in the middle, so hop on board of the vitamin train.

my mom is trying to get me to stop taking vitamins, can you believe that? she says all i need is 1 multivitamin and that there's no need to pop 1g vitamin C, 400 ug vitamin E, and flaxseed oil everyday. and that vitamins do more harm than good. hahahhahah
