two episodes to note:
a guy is fleeing from Walker in an airpane, driving down the runway preparing to take off (in like, one of those small private planes). Walker pulls up to him in a helicopter, JUMPS from helicopter to plane, and pulls the dude over.
Someone kidnaps this asian lady and Walker goes into a factory to save her. He's fighting this "invincible" dude and is losing the upper hand for a sec. They lady throws acid or something from a beaker on him, and throws a lit blowtorch afterwards. The guy ignites in flame...walker roundhouse kicks him through a window, he falls 2-3 stories on "hazard" barrels and blows up.

Well, since being a real Texas Ranger entails chasing illegal mexi border jumpers, daily trailer domestic disturbances, and drunk drivers they needed to make a TV show to spice shit up.
