it ould verywell be the DEA running it now, or the DEA may be collecting data from it, or they must think it's so ludacris that people would order from a site with such a sketchy history that they figure the druggies need to be burned
It may be Ludacris to people who are well-infromed with drug policy but, legislation like The Analogue act was not a mainstream topic...95% of my friends havent even heard of it. For any veteran psychonaut, ya it seems rediculous but I can completely see some highschool Kid searching the web for a safe, legal alternative to the illegal drugs and alcohol they're friends partake in and the come across that site. Sure, Ignorance is not an excuse to break the law but when you are being told by a domestic online vendor all there products are Legal and safe to ingest alongside intrigeing psychological effects, it's assumed the "Legal" status is truthful. To pull in customers with lies is entrapment. If they calimed to be selling Crack or Heroin----those are socially reconized as illegal but how many people know what 5-MeO-AMT is? THis could be sold OVM at headshops and even health-food stores as mental clarity supplements---Would customers purchasing be held accountable because they didnt reaserach the legal status of an ingredient on the label?

sting, possibly... entrapment is when you are coaxed or coerced into doing some thing that you wouldn't normally do under normal circumstances, crimes made under duress. buying voluntarily from a chem company wouldn't be entrapment
Yes, buying from a RC company off the net would not be considered entrapment. However, if a persons main motivation to commit a crime is to gain what law enforcement is offering (reduced sentence as an example) that is legally entrapment.
Bottom line, don't trust the police in ANY circumstance.

A person who doenst want to do anything illegal (under normal cicumstances) but is tricked into beleiving a controlled substance is completely in accordance with Federal and state law (such as the diclaimer stated with legalhighs.org). He was coaxed into beleving it was legal with a professional website, false statements and manipulating descriptions. If the DEA is on the other end---that is entrapment.
