It's a fun hobby. I actually LOVE to get stoned and lift weights.

I've never gotten stoned and gone lifting.

I like working out but have never put the two together.

I'll hit the bowl about 2-3 times, and that gets me very focused and amped for some reason.

Pushups are good, man. Add some sit ups to your routine.

I work out, but I am naturally skinny. So, it is practically impossible for me to ever get big and ripped. All I am capable of is being very lean and ripped or being somewhat bulkier and not as ripped. When I am "bulky" I am normal sized.

Right now I am definately not as defined as I have been at times in my life, but I am the heaviest and the strongest I've ever been. I'm 145 pounds and I can deadlift over 250 pounds and I can lift over 100 pounds above my head. These are big accomplishments for a kid who graduated high school weighing 115 pounds.

I have "chest and shoulders" day, "back and arms" day, and "leg and abs" day. I fucking HATE leg day. Squats are no fun.

lol

Funny thing that you mentioned, I just got back from the gym and smoked some bomb ass weed before. I always do. Just a little gets you going. I swear that I get a "runners high" anyways, and smoking potentiates all of my senses when pushin metal.

I get so stoked. All the blood engorging your muscles, feelings every contraction ten times better, pushing harder and harder and not stopping. Sheeiiitttttt, I love gettin baked and working out.

I hope that smoking weed doesn't block oxygen from loving my developing muscles. I usually only take a couple of tokes, 3-5 if I'm really daring. Once you get the train rolling, it doesn't stop!

not to be intrusive or rude, but you seem down or extremely bored with life in general when you post in OTD.

is this just how you are when you post in OTD (ie, im only bored when i post)

but i mean, working out tends to make one damn happy.

I couldn't spread my lats to my liking when I took this pic. I just finished having sex. Yea yea. I'd say it's semi-relaxed, but I had an excellent pump the day before when I actually worked out my back.

I'm at 150lbs, 12% bf and I've been stuck here for a month or so. My routine got absolutely fucked but I'm back on track. I need to take some sexier pictures though. I'll post one of my "little" brother, he's intense!!

**Edit**

What a big bitch. He's cutting right now and I'd say he's around 9% BF... maybe less. But way the hell bigger. Used to be around 115lbs a couple of years ago. Puts my ass to shame lol

Does anyone else have pics?

i know that schedule has worked for you, but i seems to me that its a bit of a time waster. ever thought of doing a 6 day fortnight? doing splits? more rest time for your muscles. in the first 3 days you workout pretty much the same muscle groups without a rest, if you went heavier you wouldn't need to do as many exercises, and maybe mix it up every month or so.
just my opinion though.

Your little bro has really good arm development.

It's sad but my arms are twice the size they were not too long ago and now I just look "normal". You should have seen me when I was skinny.
