1) dont worry about it, they'll fruit fine if the temps are met

2) again, dont worry about it, the bag will allwo enough air exchange, I've had some reall monsters fruit from the bag

3) it shouldnt be a problem, place it under the bin

I think you should have thought about this sooner, my friend. I would just make sure wherever you keep it that it's TOTALLY dark or you will get pins before you get back. If it's already 100% colonized, you may get pins anyway. Ideally, you would want cooler temps once it's completely colonized to slow growth, but again, you risk initiating fruiting.

Plan ahead next time, will ya'?

Oh, you sounded like you had a bag that was close to done. By all means, inoculate, incubate and keep it in ABSOLUTE darkness until you get back.

BTW, I wouldn't have it colonized BEFORE your vacation, I would inoculate just before you leave. The bag should be just about where it needs to be by the time you get back. Now that I think about it, you should be able to complete the whole process before your vacation if you start now.

You shouldn't even worry about the heating with your vacation coming up IMO. 25 days in room temp is going to be right about where you want to be like FooMan said.

Not heating will slow them down but will not harm them in anyway, in fact I have seen better stronger growth from my jars that were incubated at room temp then those that were kept at higher temps. If it were me I would leave them at room temp, in absolute darkness, and forget about them until you come back.
