I've renamed the forum as suggested and updated the Main
Index descriptions for both related forums in order to
emphasize the primary differences. Thank you for the input.

The administration expects the same. If you or any user has disciplinary action taken against them that they feel unfair, they ought to email me or leave a Support Ticket explaining what action was taken and why they believe it to be unfair. I will review any such requests made in private, but NOT if they are strewn out in this forum and everybody starts to jump on one bandwagon or another.
Furthermore, I will stand firmly behind moderators who implement a comparatively longer ban, or a ban without warning, upon a user who has been warned in the past for similar behavior that they are now being disciplined for. Ythan is nearly done with the new and improved banning system, which will take out some of the human error in logging all past transgressions in each user's profile. The process will be considerably more automated in order to ensure that all future warnings and administrative intervention will be properly logged and that all users receiving disciplinary action will be notified of said action in a timely manner.

I'm sure almost everyone agrees, but the EVIL PERSON in question has only broken one rule, and wasn't even warned for THAT.
He's been blown WAY out of proportion by, primarily, the SM&P Mods.
If he had been banned for breaking rules, NOBODY would argue.
From where we sit, it is unfair and abusive treatment of an annoying (to a select few) member.
It'd be like repeatedly banning Anno from cultivation for being annoying to the crybaby newbs, while the veterans (at least the ones who don't have to deal with the n00bs cries) respect the HELL out of the guy. Then, after the unfair treatment, what if Anno FINALLY broke a rule, and was JUSTLY banned, but wasn't warned... and the ban lasted for WEEKS...
I hope you understand what I am trying to say.
I like the new Forum descriptions a LOT, btw.

I think this is great and is a very SIMPLE thing to grasp.
I hope we all get with the new program..................

Thanks for listening and taking people's comments and concerns into consideration in these changes.
I think you have made some good improvements in the forum split and particularly these more recent changes are good ones. That is, moving the S back with the P and then flipping the P with the S.
The new M R P forum seems to make sense as the S didn't really fit in there (too big for one thing) and some religious folks may not want their faith challenged.
As to the mods/warnings/bans hopefully your new policies in this area will make things better documented, more consistent and fairer. Also with these recent structural and rule changes both forums should be easier to moderate.
