The public access I have doesn't even show TV shows. It's just some stupid community bulletin board that gives times and dates for stupid shit like church picnics and such.

that kind of shit would never happen in Utah, but I get plenty of free porn on the net anyway, so no real loss..but full on movies for free. that would be a trip, it must be a hacker breaking into the signal or something.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure the FCC has no authority over cable, just airwaves. I heard there used to be a porn show on public access here, but I never saw it.

That's true but the religious right have control over all.
You can say "shit" in prime time TV, but this rarely if ever happens. Theoretically you can do whatever you want on cable after primetime, but this too, rarely ever happens.
Comedy Central is about the only channel I know of that has the balls to not censor some of the things they show... what with their "secret stash" and occasional airings of the South Park movie uncensored.
BUT THAT ISN'T PORN AND I WANT SOME FUCKING PORN!!!
I mean, really..... yes you can find pictures easy enough, but free movies on the net is a hassle.... you'd think maybe like.... TNT would decide to show some TNA in the afterhours...
