What happened to the google search function?

Just wondering if this feature is still available to members. I used to search the site with it but the option doesn't come up for me anymore. I always found better results with google then with the "in house" searcher. Has anyone else had this problem?

from the main site page you used to be able to click on search at the top. that page had the regular shroomery search function plus a google this site or the web feature. it's gone, hmmmm......wonder if google dropped us or if it was an administrative decision.

I would imagine it was removed when they updated the search function. See site news on the main page.

Hmm, do I get extra points for figuring this out backupwards?

If you do an advanced search on google.com you have the option to limit the search to a specific domain. Results will be the same. So all is not lost!
