Woke up 10 minutes ago, started a pot of coffee, and realized it was exactly 4 years to the minute since the first plane hit the Twin Towers....yep, its 9/11.
Well, sorry to start of on a somber note. Its actually a beautiful day here and I feel great. I have a feeling today is gonna be a good day.
Now I think I'll grab some of that coffe and go outside to watch the sunrise!

Woke up on my friends couch, drove home in the rain, made egg whites, hash browns and black beans with some tampico to wash it down, then going to clean a vfw hall, then driving an hour to see the ex.

Morning everyone!
First Sunday of the football season.........Feels good!
I watched a bit of the 9/11 memorial this morning. It seems so surreal when you look at the footage of the towers coming down.

Morning everyone! Had a bowl earlier, but I think I'll have another and some tea while I listen to After the Goldrush
"Don't let it bring you down"
old man lying by the side of the road with the lorries rolling by blue moon sinking from the weight of the load and the building scrape the sky cold wind ripping down the alley at dawn and the morning paper flies dead man lying by the side of the road with the daylight in his eyes
don't let it bring you down it's only castles burning find someone who's turning and you will come around
blind man running thruogh the light of the night with an answer in his hand come on down to the river of sight and you can really understand red lights flashing through the window in the rain can you hear the sirens moan? white cane lying in a gutter in the lane if you're walking home alone
don't let it bring you down it's only castles burning just find someone who's turning and you will come around
don't let it bring you down it's only castles burning just find someone who's turning and you will come around
-------------------- You're here because you know something.
What you know you can't explain,
But you feel it;
You've felt it your entire life.
That there's something wrong with the world.
You don't know what it is, but it's there....
Like a splinter in your mind...
Driving you mad.
