Just want to back up the cowgold approach. Have your girl tell the boss what the deal is(dirty old men and whatnot), and if they can't handle it too bad.
Don't quit though. If it comes down to that, wait til they fire her. Then it will be easier to get unemployment if need be, and it will be more understandable when asked "What happened with your last job?" in an interview.
And if she does lose her job, contact the BBB and maybe even look into a lawsuit for wrongful dismissal.
On another note, I think we got some of that rain. Nothing got fucked up though.
Was on the freeway doing like 10MPH. Couldn't see shit...it was literally blankets of rain.

Thanks for the advice. Fucked up thing is though, the boss directs all the dirty old men to her on purpose. I thinnk that is a form of sexual harrassment and I'd really like to see something done about that, but how can you really prove it?

Haha i used to always hit on female telemarketers... I would always say the most uncomfortable things. Not because im a lonely sick person but mainly to prevent them from calling me again.

get a pre-paid cell phone from 7-11. they have cards that you buy, the phone itself is like $100... no year contract... and such.. or see about getting a second number, or, even better yet, call the phone company and have them FWD all calls to her normal work # to her cell phone temporaraly... they can do it manualy, just bitch at them...

If everyone united against this policy then there's a greater chance of them abandoning the idea.
She should spread the word, hopefully her co-workers aren't spineless weasels (like most employees I've enountered in the workforce)
