If the truth can not be prov-en...then what is the truth?
I'm thinking about this because of the Sabine Bieber Day Care Homicide trial....
Sabine may have given a toddler a fatal does of antihistamine...
MJ may have molested children...
OJ may be a murder...
but because those things couldn't be prov-en in a certain way...we ignore what could be true and accept what could be false or a lie.
How do you actually PROVE anything? It seems to me you can't...and everything is all based on faith in something.
I think that day cares should have constant video surveillance...and precise ways of knowing what goes in and out of those places.

so are you saying that the truth doesn't nessacarily have proof....meaning that it will always remain....ellusive and mystical....and may only be speculated at?

one can only prove things false...one is left with the truth as the only remaining answer
but the ultimate truth has an infinite amount of answers

There are two main truths who collide often:
One: The truth for every human. Something what is true for every human. That is mostly scientific subject. These truths can be tested by everyone in the same conditions. A large amount of wisdom comes from this source of truth. We call this objectice, even if it is mostly limited to the human species.
Second: Your individual truth. Everyone has his own universe in his head, which develops, tries to stay existent by changing the surrounding world or changing himself according to the surroundings. This truth often has no real bias to the 'common truth', which fits for all, but often serves the individual equal or better than the common truth. We call this subjective, even if many single individuumas share the same experiences.
The art is, to bring balance between the two, most known truths today...
