 A suggestion for My Journals

Okay, I'm pretty stoned as I write this and I'm also unlearned in the ways of coding, so I'm going to make vague suggestions about something that a programmer should make concrete. The My Journal feature is great and when I clicked Active Journals I thought it was awesome how many there were to read...
But - it's pretty tedious going to a person's profile to look for their journal every time. Could each user somehow add a journal to their list of "Favorite Journals" and perhaps they could go to a "My Favorite Journals" page where there would be links to journals on the favorites list that had been updated?
I feel like that would encourage even more responses in the journals which could be a lot of fun.
