I always thought the frequency stuff the dolphins shot out was just to confuse the shark or something, I didn't know it actually hurt them.
Here's my contribution!

Nevermind, I found out. Googled the photographer's name!
Check this wacky stuff out-

Faster than you can blink, it eats: VU study reveals Eaststate mole's extreme reflex
By MICHAEL CASS Staff Writer
Maybe we shouldn't call an obnoxious eater ''a pig'' anymore.
After all, it's the star-nosed mole that really inhales its food.
The mole, found around Tennessee's Smoky Mountains, doesn't waste any time at mealtimes. According to Vanderbilt University researchers, it takes less than a quarter of a second to do all of the following:
? Identify a small piece of food, such as a segment of earthworm or insect larva, as edible.
? Grab it with its tweezerlike front teeth.
? Eat it.
? And start looking for its next prey.
''It doesn't seem possible, I know,'' said Kenneth C. Catania, a Vanderbilt assistant professor of biological sciences, whose study of the creatures will be published in today's issue of the scientific journal Nature.
But Catania discovered it was possible when he and lab assistant Fiona E. Remple hooked up a camera that can shoot 500 frames per second.
That was the only way to see the mole in action; its movements are too fast for the human eye to follow.
''They're probably the fastest-eating mammals on the planet,'' Catania said of the star-nosed varmints, which are named for the 22 appendages ringing their snouts.
Those appendages are the keys to the moles' eating efficiency. Living in darkness, the moles have poor eyesight, so they rely on the fingerlike tentacles to explore their environment and find food.
Once it finds an object with its feelers, the star-nosed mole has about 8 milliseconds to determine whether it's edible. If the object is worth eating, the mole consumes it in 140 to 230 milliseconds, Catania said.
For perspective, it takes an alert person about three to five times as long ? 650 milliseconds ? to hit the brakes in a car after seeing a traffic light change.
A shrew takes 30 seconds ? an eternity in star-nosed mole time ? to eat a cricket, Catania said.
But, like a person in a hurry or a puppy still finding its footing, the moles sometimes move too fast for their own good.
When they put out worm sushi for the moles, Catania and Remple found that the animals started moving in the wrong direction and had to reverse themselves a third of the time.
''The nervous system is lagging behind the brain,'' Catania said.
Still, no other mammal comes close to earning the nickname ''motor mouth.''
The star-nosed mole
Type of animal: mammal
Length: 4 inches, including a hairy tail
Weight: 40 grams
Eats: earthworms, insect larva and other small creatures living near water
Habitat: Eastern marshes and wetlands from southeastern Canada to Georgia, including around Tennessee's Smoky Mountains. The mole is an expert swimmer. It burrows into the soil in wintertime to stay clear of frost.
What's up with that nose? The star-nosed mole is named for the 22 appendages ringing its snout. It uses the tentacles to find food in the dark, making up for its poor eyesight.
Fur: blackish-brown
Scientific classification: Condylura cristata

Ya mayn, those sea creatures are amazing. I was watching a show on hammerhead sharks last night, and they have electron sensors that can pick up one BILLIONTH of a volt from in the sand with tiny sensor cells in their head , and target it easily to attack. They can also hear and target prey up to a quarter mile away with ease, and they have a myriad of other cool quirks. Have a lookie

Yes, they scan the bottom like a metal detector, they sense the heart beat of the flounder and other bottom fish and ambush before they even have a chance.
