definitely usually in the 9-10 glasses a day.. or more.. i drink a lot of water, hehe. i got kidney stones at an abnormally young age so it's important that I do anyway.

I usuually drink 1+ gallon of water a day. Takes a lot of water to power someone who's 6'6" 
Some days I work in a warehouse with no AC in Georgia. Worked there yesterday and it was 103F with heat index. Yeah. I drank about 3 gallons of water yesterday.
