If you live in the US, yes. In the States you can buy up to 10% concentration of BP over the counter. I believe in some countries you can only buy up to 5%. I currently use 2.5% and it seems just as effective as the higher concentrations.

I always used to use the Oxy pads, which are SA instead of BP, and they weren't very effective, if even at all.

I'm not sure if this is true, but I've heard t that stress may contribute to acne, canker soars, ect. Recently I have been stressed out lately, because whenever I find myself worrying I just make an effort to stop by realizing how everything that we stress over now means nothing, because in the big picture all humans will die in the end. A popular man dies just like a loner.
Knowing this may help you stress out less about your acne and therefore break the cycle.
