 Cobweb Or Contamination?

Could someone check this pic and give me there opinion on weather the white-ish stuff is cobweb or mycelium?
I read that I should leave it for a few days to see how quick it covers the bottle. I have these at room tempreture (~20c), would this slow down the speed that cobweb would cover the jar as they have been like this for about 2-3 days?
