You are here, not only in the present; you are in the past, as your future self, in this present, becoming who you are
We are always in this state of becoming, so what we are is becoming, and what we are becoming, is what we were. (In our own thoughts?)
This computer screen, on which you read these words, was there, so it is in the past. It is here, so it is in the present, and if its still here, it is there in the future.
You like this screen, are here in this present, you are here in the future, (having read this words) and you are here as the one you were, so in the past as well as the future, this moment is what you are.
You have a body; this body house our mind, you through this mind, form a personality, of your soul, and all of this is spirit.
