Pirates live a free and happy life! They take what they want, when they want. Ninjas live diciplined, sterile lives devoid of free will and fun. Pirates have a 10 out of 10 on the AWSOME scale. Ninjas arent even allowed on the scale.

Wow. How can you guys even consider the pirate? The ninja would dominate. Blackbeard might pose a challenge, but other than that a ninja would slice a pirate up in .000001 seconds. that's hella fast ;-) kill bill style
