I don't want to take an SSRI. Now I can't take E or make any aya brew. I don't even feel depressed, just anxious, and the xanax helps with that.

After like 2 weeks (don't take any) Tell your doctor that they make you feel like shit. Tell him that you arn't depressed but are having more of panic attacks. Tell him something to make you relax would help more. Hope it all works out. I hate anti-depresents. They make you feel like shit while yoru on them, then make you feel even worse when you get off them.

I'm on an SSRI and it doesn't effect my mushroom or LSD tripping that much. I don't roll though.
People who get all crazy on them don't need to be taking them. You get like that because you were wrongly diagnosed. You don't suffer from depression, but a mood disorder. So you only feel depressed sometimes, like probably when you went to the doctor thinking you needed a script for something like an SSRI. You need to see a psychologist, not some family doctor. You probably don't even need an SSRI Hella, I wouldn't take them. Just take a xanax when you need to.

Funny thing about Lexapro is for me atleast, it works! I for sure don't think about killing myself as often as I use too. Still need to stop smoking so much weed like I do. Spend too much money, besides I've gotten all I can get out of it.
