Probably, as long as you can keep the temperature around 5?C.

Yihaaa!
I spawned some colonized beech to a bag of more beech. Can I "shake" it now cause the colonised chips didnt spread much even cross the new beech-chips? I want to massage it.... The bag that is..

Go ahead, if there is no visible contamination(=green mold) in the bag.

I actually had some green mold in some of the "startjars". But the Azures stopped it and formed a barrier against it. Also the green mold was more feasting on the few rice kernals inside and not on the wood.
So there probably are spores in the bag but no visible green mold yet or other contams.
Thanks I will massage my sack!

Roughly how many of these sized shrooms (from http://www.shroomery.org/index/par/25150) would it take to trip (Level 3-5)? These are Azures btw.
Also, for everyones info, here is quote from http://www.fungifun.org/azurescens/
"Outdoor cultivation of the wood lovers is possible in the plant hardiness zones 6, 7 and 8. The range can likely be extended also to zone 5, but the beds will need to be protected by applying a layer of fresh wood chips or a thicker layer of straw to survive the low temperatures in winter. "
"Here in Austria the winter temperatures go up to - 20?C for short periods of time, usually it's a few degrees below 0?C for about 3 months in winter. The mycelium is pretty hardy and once the bed is established and colonized it survives pretty cold temperatures. Just to be sure, you can cower the bed with a new layer of chips or straw or cardboard before winter."
Very interesting stuff. Too bad I travel too much Here is a question: Would the indoor cultivation take as long as the outdoor?

No, if you manage to create the proper conditions(as outlined in your link) then it will take shorter indoors.
