 Heaven Shall Burn

Saw a video on "Comcast On-Demand" by a band called Heaven Shall Burn. I didn't know anything about them going into it, I just know I noticed a decent riff happening around the 45 sec. mark. I guess they have a mix of Gothenburg metal and some hardcore. What caught my eye is this:
Since when has the "pit" at shows become closer to a improvised version of a violent ballet or gymnastics class? Kids were doing high karate kicks, kicks into cart wheels and a whole bunch of "I'm gonna kick and flail my arms like arm stretching exercises now, I won't try to hit you, but, whatever" kind of moves throughout the video.

I don't know, that sounds like a lame pit if they're doing kicks and stuff.
