Come on how bout it! I gave up a career to play videogames, can we have a forum? Please don't say post in S & T because nobody talks about games there really!

But the Pub and OTD is not specifically for video games.
Video games are plentiful, especially among shroomers. I would guess that 85% of people on here play games, it definitely deserves its own forum!!
I don't feel like reading that post about new forum creation because I'm lazy, do I have any chance at all getting the administrators to make a Videogame forum?

I think you're missing the point kronny, you really should read the Official Statement On New Forum Creation which MetaShroom posted. I like video games as much as the next guy (just beat SW Republic Commando!) but people simply don't talk about them much on the forums. We aren't going to create a forum or subforum because it's a 'cool idea', only if it fills an existing need. Since we aren't exactly overwhelmed with a glut of video game threads, I don't see this happening any time soon.
If you really want the subforum you speak of, I recommend you try to strike up some video game conversations in Science and Technology. If enough people start using the forum for that type of discussion, we may consider splitting it up.
