In a half a pint PF style jar which I filled with WBS and a verm layer I now have growth!!
And that from my first home made syringe! 
Hope it stays contam free and continously colonizes the jar! 
After some struggle in teh beginning now the fruits of my labour and my "hanging on" appear:
- first fruitcake is in the 3rd flush now
- made sporeprints
- made syringes (yippie!)
- made a kind of agar (doc34 alternative agar tek)
- making liquid culture of that agar now (thanks to Agar) 
- al jars in TIT are colonizing:
* a few WBS with GT
* a few WBS with OI
* 1/2 pint WBS with PF classic (own syringe, so proud  )
* liquid culture with GT (from alt. agar) is showing very nice growth
* 1 B+ WBS still has to colonize a small part (half an inch) of the bottom, it is struggling with that.
Yepperdeyep! 
This all had not been possible without Dobinky, Kaptkid, Beejay, Trip'n D, Agar, Anno, Hyphae, Lemon LW, Scatman, and many many more!!
And lost but not least: My girlfriend! She will never read this though but really she is supportive.

And I just started, hehe! So a lot more 2 come!
