This is my butter knife, although sometimes I use it for my peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and such...
And God forbid I ever open an envelope without my black-silk thread-handled knife with daimonds embroidered in pure silver..

Knifes come in handy in day to day life.As for using one for fighting,its not worth the legal issues.
If your opponent is not armed use your hands and beat the shit out of him.The legal repercussion's will be less severe.If you use a knife your looking at hard time.
There are exceptions to every rule,so read up about your state laws and try to avoid these situations whenever possible.

cause we all carry thousands or dollars worth of blades on us for defense  be nice though.
dankman. i was looking at that knife. aside from size i was kinda sketchy about how flimsy it seemed. obviously wont expect great quality but how well has it held up?
