Cheap, easy, Garlic Bread a'la Hobo TEK!
Ingredients Per Serving
2 Slices bread 3T. Soft or melted margerine/butter 2T Crushed garlic (from a can) or 1T garlic powder will do
Utilities
Knife or scissors baking pan, non greased oven set to 375deg. spoon or pastry brush
Set slices of bread on a plate or cutting board. Spoon or brush butter/marg. over one side of the bread, spread garlic topping over bread. Repeat with second slice. If youd like garlic bread slices, you can cut them up in cool shapes with your scissors!! Serious hobo style. Chuck in your oven until top is brown and crispy. Wham.. ghetto garlic bread.

I love garlic bread and I hate buying those foil packages that are over buttered and never turn out right.
Im'ma try this hobo method and hopefully I will no longer need to buy those foil cased butter logs.

Hell yeah! That's the hobo spirit! It doesn't taste too far from the "butter logs" we all get, it's verrrry quick... especially if you have a toaster oven and only want a little garlic bread.. and are making Chef-Boy-RD spaghetti in a can. HeHe.

I have an even more ghetto method
Ingredients: regular sandwich bread butter garlic salt
lightly butter each side of the bread, sprinkle garlic salt over each side, then pop in the toaster.
that is ghetto
PS: don't try to cook pop tarts the next morning... garlic doesn't go too well with blueberry

I like roasting garlic, and then spreading it over the toasted bread.
