It's lame because I know that and I know that the cops are not what I needed but for some reason I freaked out so bad I dialed 911...*sigh*. I learned a few valuable lessons though. Dose yourself wisely and always have a sitter.

I always find that when I started tripping to hard that drinking beer helped me calm down a lot. Any kind of downer works i'm assuming and i've heard xanex works great, i've never done xanex though.

Next time take a downer when you start tripping to hard. Beer is key.. :cool:

I think a lot of it is just paranoia caused by tripping too hard. I get somewhat paranoid when I get hella fucked up, you just have to talk yourself out of the mind fuck.
