Well, I picked the remaining shrooms off of the first flush of my original six cakes. I figure this is a good point to close this log. Thanks for everyone's help, support and good words.
I also bought a Jennings JS-120 scale    
I can't tell you my total harvest from six 1/4 pint cakes, as most shrooms have already been consumed. But I can tell you that we have 4.4 grams of dried shrooms left
